# Version 4.9

## Enhancements
**Enhanced Structure for Interval Category Items:** The structure for interval category items has been upgraded, utilizing a Word-based system instead of duration-based. Word count adjustments can now be made from settings across various channels, providing increased flexibility.
**Integration of Interval Category Item in Near Queries:** Interval category items are now enabled in near queries, expanding their functionality and applicability.

**Enhanced Channel Selection in Text-Based Category Item:** The addition of "All" as a channel selection option in text-based category items allows the capture of phrases spoken by both agents and customers, providing a comprehensive overview.

**Increased Limits in Categories Management:** The limitations on categories have been revised, offering more flexibility. Users can manage the number of items within a category or the total active number of categories in accordance with their subscription level:
**Basic:** Max categories - 250, max text items/category - 75.
**Standard:** Max categories - 500, max text items/category - 150.
**Premium:** Max categories - 700, max text items/category - 250. 
Choose the plan that best suits your organization's needs.

**Enhanced Evaluation Results Filtering:** Evaluation results can now be filtered based on passive evaluators.

**Conversation Filtering:** Conversations can be filtered based on passive agents and departments.

**New Endpoint for User Validation Status:** An endpoint has been introduced for integration purposes, allowing the modification of user validation status, ensuring more seamless integrations.

**Additional Category Item - Called Number:**  A new category item, "Called Number," has been included, enhancing data categorization capabilities.

**Inclusion of Conversation Duration in Evaluation Results Excel:** Conversation duration is now incorporated into the evaluation results in Excel format, offering more comprehensive insights.

## Improvements
* Sorting the conversations according to the automatic evaluation score 
* Adding information to the language selections in initial settings. 
* Improving the filtering features affected by the conversation types.  
* Time span has been added in Kibana to trace data masking processes.
*  Number of the prometheus events with the levels has been added to trace number of the alerts considering the levels.
* Minor UI Improvements
* Minor bug fixes
