## Enhancements

**Tenant-based Pronunciation Management**
The pronunciation feature allows fine-tuning of Speech Recognition (SR) performance and is now available for all tenant managements. Pronunciation data has been integrated into the Sestek SR engine to enhance recognition accuracy—particularly for domain-specific terms and uncommon words.

**Integration Service Logs**
A dedicated logging mechanism has been added for integration services. This allows for better monitoring, troubleshooting, and audit of integration activities.

**Refactor for Evaluation Objection Notification Rule**
The objection notification rule for evaluations has been refactored for improved reliability and configurability. This ensures timely alerts and smoother dispute resolution workflows. With that enhancement when an objection received on an automatic evaluation, first the relevant supervisor of the agent is notified. If an hybrid or manual evaluation has been objected, only the previous evaluator is notified. 

## Improvements

**Refactor Rule-Based Form Results’ Highest Value**
Improvements have been made to how the highest value is calculated in rule-based form results. This enhances scoring accuracy and evaluation consistency.

**Receiving Retention Period from Portal**
The retention period is capable of being defined directly from the Portal. 

**LLM Gateway Timeout Limit Increased from 180'' to 360''**
The timeout threshold for LLM Gateway requests has been extended from 180 to 360 seconds. This change accommodates longer processing times for complex GenAI tasks.

**LLM Gateway for GenAI Categories & Ask GenAI Refactoring**
The LLM Gateway architecture has been refactored to improve performance and maintainability for GenAI features like category creation and Ask GenAI.

**Minor UI Enhancements**
Several minor improvements have been implemented to enhance the user interface. These enhancements make the interface more intuitive and user-friendly, contributing to a better overall user experience.

**Minor Bug Fixes**
Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance. These fixes result in a smoother and more reliable user experience.
