## Version 5.16
### September 5, 2025

## Enhancements

**Department Distribution in Reports**
Users can now visualize how conversations are distributed across departments in dynamic reports, making it easier to spot trends and compare performance.

**Custom Conversation Views**
Users can now choose which attached data columns appear in the Conversations page, tailoring the view to their needs.

**Evaluting the Analyzed Conversations**
Evaluations over the assignments can only apply to conversations that have been analyzed, ensuring data quality.

**Full Department Path Visibility**
Instead of only seeing the department name, users now see the complete department path for each conversation, providing better context.

**Azure Configuration Update**
Resource naming conventions have been updated to use API Base, ensuring consistency and simplifying configuration.

**Data Feeder**
Conversation metadata, transcripts, sentiment, acoustic, and emotion results are now automatically published to RabbitMQ. This makes it possible to integrate richer analytics with other systems in real-time.
