# Version 5.18

## Version 5.18

### October 10, 2025

          Deactivating Yes/No Question Categorization Feature

Due to performance-related issues caused by categories that include Yes/No Questions, this feature will be deactivated starting from version 5.18.

As a result, all categories containing Yes/No Question items will remain available and functional; however, they will no longer match with conversations during categorization.

This limitation will be addressed with a new GenAI-supported structure in upcoming releases.

## Enhancements

**Churn Prediction Using LLM** A new churn prediction feature powered by Large Language Models (LLM) has been introduced. This model analyzes conversation patterns and sentiment trends to predict potential customer churn, helping businesses take proactive actions.

**“Exclude from Processing” Status for New Conversations** A new status has been introduced for conversations created via the Post Calls method that are intended for playback purposes only. These conversations will now be excluded from analysis, ensuring optimal use of system resources. To activate this behavior, set `"excludeFromProcessing": false` when posting a new conversation.

**Usernames Display and Export** Usernames are now displayed and can be exported along with reports, improving traceability and simplifying auditing processes.

**Sentiment Distribution per Category** Sentiment distribution is now displayed for each category, allowing users to better understand the emotional tone of categorized interactions.

**Configurable MinIO Storage Control for ExtAPI** MinIO storage control for ExtAPI can now be configured based on tenant-specific thresholds. This ensures flexible storage management and system stability.

**Entity Category Support for Email Conversations** Entity-based categories are now available for email conversations, enhancing the capability to identify and classify named entities within written communications.

**Virtual Agent Identification in GET/agents Response** A new `isVirtual` attribute has been added to the GET/agents API response, allowing easier differentiation between human and virtual agents.

**On-Prem Licensing with Periodic Control** On-premise deployments now support periodic license validation to maintain compliance and system integrity over time.

**ExtID Added to All Messages for Data Feeder** Each message in the data feeder process now includes an ExtID for improved data traceability and correlation across integrated systems.

**Collapsible Conversation Summary Form** Conversation summaries now feature a collapsible view, allowing users to expand or hide detailed insights as needed for a cleaner interface.

**Duration Type Update in Agent Performance Reports** Duration metrics in agent performance reports have been standardized to ensure consistency and accuracy across reporting views.

**Default Compression Configuration for Audio** The system now defaults to mono 16 kbps Opus compression for better storage optimization and consistent audio playback quality.

## Improvements

**Optional Parameters in PUT Tenant API** Several parameters in the PUT Tenant API have been made optional, improving flexibility and backward compatibility in tenant configuration management.

**Silence Ratio Breadcrumb Improvement in Dynamic Reports** The silence ratio breadcrumb navigation in dynamic reports has been refined for better clarity and usability when exploring detailed silence metrics.

**Auto-Scroll Fix in Conversation Transcript** The issue causing automatic scrolling in the conversation transcript view has been resolved, ensuring smoother navigation and improved usability.

**Minor UI Enhancements** Several minor improvements have been implemented to enhance the user interface. These enhancements make the interface more intuitive and user-friendly, contributing to a better overall user experience.

**Minor Bug Fixes** Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance. These fixes result in a smoother and more reliable user experience.
