### Improvements

- **Adding contentUrl Info for Attachments while sending to LiveChat Provider**: Attachments sent to Virtual Assistant (VA) now include the contentUrl field in the LiveChatHub activity if a URL is available. For WebChat, base64 attachments are automatically saved to Minio, and a generated one-hour link is added to the contentUrl field.
- **Supporting Rich Text on Sync API**: The Sync API now supports rich text responses, including Quick Reply, Cards, Location, File, and Wait types, enabling a broader range of interaction formats. For channels with ChannelID: ivr-external, only text responses will continue to be processed, maintaining the existing behavior.
