After deployment of the v1.60 All AI-Modules should be re-imported by using "AI-Module Import" Jenkins Job. ::: :::(Warning) (DevOps platform code is changed) To Comply with the latest changes the Platform v4 must be deployed too. ::: ### 1. ENHANCEMENTS #### 1.1. Knovvu VA • Knovvu VA is integrated with a 3rd party TTS service (Microsoft Azure), so customers will have the chance to choose any provider they want. • Alotech Live Chat is integrated with Knovvu VA. Under Integrations/Services, integration can be added to the project. • New pre-built templates are created and existing ones are updated with more intents. ### 2. IMPROVEMENTS #### 2.1. Knovvu VA • TestChat data will not be seen on the Dashboard from now on, so only the real data can be analyzed. • VA/ML/LC - Change log is updated at Wiki for Sprint 54 & 56 & 58. • When a service/channel integration is created by host, a different icon is used on the project edit page. ("fa fa-gear" is replaced with "fa fa-regular fa-eye”. • Wording is changed at the “+ Add Entity” button to “+ Entity”. • Color of some nodes is changed. (HTTP, Start, End) • When an entity is wanted to be edited, it can be done now by directly clicking the name of them instead of the edit button. #### 2.2. Knovvu Live Chat • When a new chat is started or the agent is not on the page, a notification appears on the browser’s tab like "(#) - Live Chat" and an audible warning is given. ### 3. KNOWN ISSUES – FIXES #### 3.1. Knovvu VA • When Custom Data and Condition nodes are saved empty, an internal error was taken. • Even though a project is deleted, it was shown in the project filter with Project ID on the Dashboard. • Palette version info was not shown when a project is imported and then exported. • VB node’s output was connected to somewhere wrong rather than default port. • "Service Response Timeout Duration(sec)" could not be saved on the HTTP node. • Deleted project data was continuing to be shown on the Dashboard/Fallback Messages. • The red frame was displaying even though the nodes were not saved. • When a system entity is selected and the name is edited, “Save” button was passive. • The red frame of the headers area of the HTTP node did not merge in the corner. • HTTP and Lister Filter node logs were not seen twice in the logs. • When a new VA is trained and added to the project, it seemed a warning in the TestChat even though the node areas were full. • Code tab looked empty when a Webchat is integrated with a project and WebChat page wanted to be edited. • VB service could be deleted on the Services page even though it was in use. ### 4. LEGACY PRODUCT • ND – API documentation is created for IVR integration.
