# Version 1.62

### 1. ENHANCEMENTS

#### 1.1. Knovvu VA

• Knovvu VA is integrated with Uneeq, so Avatar can be used within the projects.

• The 'Ask Missing Slot' node was added to the project flow. • The Banking Prebuilt has been updated. • The Alotech icon has been changed to **. • The ellipsis icon ** next to the intents has been replaced with a delete icon **

### 3. KNOWN ISSUES – FIXES

#### 3.1. Knovvu VA

• User utterances that did not match any intents coming through Webchat were causing issues where they couldn't be clicked twice in the bar on the dashboard screen. • In the Live Chat integration, the parameter names appearing on the page were displayed as compound words. • In the left panel, the panel containing the nodes allowed deleting a node by clicking on it and clicking on the delete button. • The rule of not including integrations when importing/exporting a project was not being followed by Live Chat. • When attempting to remove a service which is integreted to multiple projects, the error message was being repeated multiple times. • When the language of the project was changed, the SR/TTS language settings associated with the project were displaying the ID instead of the name. • The intent trend graph on the dashboard was getting an error message after the graph had been displayed. • An internal error was occurring when opening the Live Agent node. • Some of the conversations that expected to be listed were not appearing on the Conversations page. • An error was occurring when performing a search in the Premium Reporting Settings section. • An error was encountered when performing a search in the Claim Types section under Administration in the host tenant.
