# Version 1.72

Release Date: 30.11.2023

### ENHANCEMENTS
#### Knovvu VA

* We're revolutionizing the functionality of Project-VA! Instead of maintaining separate pages for projects and Virtual Agents (VAs), we're streamlining the process. Now, upon creating a project, VAs in the corresponding language will be automatically generated, eliminating the need for additional manual steps. Additionally, there's no longer a necessity to create VAs separately or add them to projects afterward.
These updates come with the following changes:
1. Each project will have a single VA generated for each language. It's no longer possible to create multiple VAs in the same language within a project.
2. VAs will always be associated with a project. There won't exist any orphaned VAs without a project to be linked to.
3. Likewise, a project cannot exist without a corresponding VA. Every project will be seamlessly paired with its relevant VA, ensuring a cohesive connection between the two.
* Our project page's layout is now much more user-friendly! Displaying information in cards allows project details to be seen at a glance, while achieving a modern look. Within these project cards, it's possible to view the project name, channel/service icons, modified/published date, and written description.
* Two new project languages have been added. Now, you can create, interpret, and provide the best service in **Dutch** and **French** as well.
* Our new response type is now live! The ability to send messages in **file format** to end users has been added. The maximum document size is 5MB, and up to a maximum of 5 files can be sent consecutively. Sending images and documents has become much easier this way.

### IMPROVEMENTS
#### Knovvu VA

* Within each tenant and upon the creation of the initial tenant, a default 'hello world' project has been created, serving as an example for users to reference and follow.
* To enhance the user experience, small UI/UX changes have been implemented.
* The pentest findings have been resolved.
* When selecting Microsoft as the provider in the integrations/services section, the default format has been updated to 'riff-8khz-16bit-mono-pcm'.
* At the Premium Reports page when hovering on the graphs, tooltips and scroll button now appear.
* Due to the change in API structure of Twitter, we do not support the integration anymore. Thus, it is removed from the Integrations page.
* Arabic UI translation improvements have been done.
* Line design is changed in the flows in order to follow and observe the flows more easily. The lines connecting two nodes will come as a direct line without having corners. And when clicked on the eye button, line details (e.g. false, confirmed, denied) can be seen for condition and confirmation nodes

### FIXES
#### Knovvu VA
The listed issues below have been fixed.

* There was an error while importing the project file.
* When switching back and forth between notifications and the project page, the headers were disappearing.
* When adding synonyms, two methods are provided: using a comma or pressing 'Enter' after each word. However, in Arabic, the key equivalent to the comma is also a letter, causing issues. Therefore, the comma-separated method was removed exclusively for the Arabic language
* The 'login with this tenant' accessed on the host screen was not enabling access to the tenant.
* After selecting Arabic as the interface language, it was observed that the language did not change to English or Turkish when attempting to switch.
* When a Live Agent typed a message and then exited the page without sending it, it still appeared as 'typing' to the customer.
* Under the conversation details page, on the line showing the customer journey, when there were many messages, the circles representing the messages were overlapping and sentiment icons were not centered.
