### Improvements

- **Outbound Call Requests Reporting**:
VA users can now access detailed analytics to optimize customer engagement and strategize more effectively for future calls. Users can see the status of the call, completed calls, totals calls etc.

- **Webhook Listener Node**:
The new webhook listener node lets VA users return to the flow and pick up right where they left off after completing payment, authentication, or other processes.

- **Getting Retrieved Chunk Content from GenQ&A Service**:
 Content field in the results allows users to see document excerpts related to their queries, ensuring transparency and confidence in the service's relevance and accuracy.

* **Minor UI Improvements:**
Several minor improvements have been made to the user interface to enhance user experience and usability.

* **Minor Bug Fixes:** 
Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance.

- **LC Transfer with History Including Files**
Live agents can now view user-shared files in the chat history when receiving chatbot-transferred conversations. File links remain valid for 60 minutes, ensuring secure and efficient handling of user-provided documents.
