Enhancements
Advanced Ordered Categories
A new feature has been introduced to display categories in an ordered sequence based on proximity, significantly improving data organization and accessibility. In addition to sorting phrases, the feature enables capturing related conversations automatically, ensuring that contextual relevance is maintained. Advanced ordered categories now also support regex (regular expressions), allowing users to define complex patterns and rules, providing more precision and flexibility in how data is categorized and analyzed.
Interval Length Configuration by Department
Users can now define interval length values specific to each department. This allows for more tailored configurations and ensures that each department operates with appropriately timed intervals.
Private LLM Support
Private LLM has been added as a new generative AI provider within the system. This integration expands AI capabilities, offering users more options for generating and processing AI-driven insights. In addition to that, it has been enabled to use private LLM services without sending data to online providers.
Support for All AWS Regions in MinIO Client
The MinIO Client now supports all AWS regions, offering broader compatibility and flexibility for users leveraging Amazon Web Services in their operations.
RTG-Virtual Agent (VA) Integration-Personal Assistant for Agents
Agents can now leverage the Virtual Agent (VA) through webchat integration as their personal assistant.
