Genesys Cloud Contact Center is a solution that provides cloud-based contact center service to the customers. In addition to this service, Genesys also offers additional services and applications to its contact center service through its own marketplace, AppFoundry. AppFoundry is the Genesys marketplace where different partner companies' products are located. Genesys Contact Center customers can install the applications they want and use them in an integrated manner with Genesys system.
With Genesys Cloud CX-RTG integration, Genesys users can automatically send the calls they make in the Genesys environment to the Knovvu RTG product as soon as the call ends and have them analyzed.

Purchasing Knovvu Analytics
Knovvu Analytics can be found on AppFoundry with all the necessary details and marketing materials.

The users who want to learn more about the product or the pricing, or directly want to make a purchase can contact our sales team via Contact Us button. Once the required information is entered our sales team will contact the user.
If the sales process is complete and the product is purchased, SESTEK's sales team will provide the customer with the tenant name, username and password information required to access the product.
Enabling Knovvu Analytics on Genesys
When the product is purchased, it is enabled and ready to be added to Genesys environment. Adding a new product to the Genesys environment is done on the Genesys Cloud Desktop Admin portal, on the Admin page in the menu.
- Click on Integrations under IT and Integrations

- Click on Add Integration button to add the purchased integration.

- Knovvu Analytics can be added through the Install button

- Then, the product should be visible and the product status should be activated.
- Once the installation process is complete, Knovvu Analytics wizard can be accessed via the Apps Menu. Necessary configurations for Knovvu Analytics-Genesys integration are made automatically through the wizard, and the user is guided and informed in detail.

In the Wizard, the tenant, username and password information sent to the user by the SESTEK sales team is requested. After entering this information and making the necessary settings according to the directions in the Wizard, the user will be redirected from Genesys to Knovvu Analytics and can start using.
