Required Parameters:
There are 5 parameters that are required to be filled in the settings for Nice on CA.
- Group ID
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- Access Key
- Access Secret
These values need to be retrived from the Nice UI.
Steps:
Set up the integration with the Nice producer service and conversation consumer.
Go to Nice CXone interface.
Navigate to the Teams tab. The Group ID is the Team ID displayed in this list next to each team.
Navigate to the Nice API Employee tab and select the API User.
The Access Key can be found by scrolling down and going to the Security tab.
The Access Secret is only shown once, when the Access Key is first generated for the user. It needs to be noted down when the Access Key is generated for the first time.
The Client ID and Client Secret has been provided by Nice during application approval.
