KPI & Success Management

The purpose of this document is to outline the performance metrics and evaluation criteria for our Text-to-Speech (TTS) product. As part of this clarification, we would like to highlight that there are no specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) associated with the TTS product. Instead, the product's performance will be assessed through qualitative and quantitative measures, focusing on various essential aspects.

Performance Evaluation

The evaluation of our Text-to-Speech product will be based on a range of criteria, considering factors such as:

Voice Quality

Assessing the naturalness, clarity, and overall quality of the generated speech.

Accuracy

Ensuring the correct pronunciation and emphasis of words and phrases.

Speed

Measuring the processing time for converting text into speech.

Language Support

Verifying the product's ability to support multiple languages and dialects.

Customization

Evaluating the level of flexibility and customization options available to users.


Although there are no predefined KPIs, we will closely monitor user feedback and conduct regular usability testing to gauge the product's overall performance and address any potential issues or areas for improvement.

By adopting a comprehensive approach to performance evaluation, we aim to continually enhance our Text-to-Speech product, ensuring it meets and exceeds user expectations. As the product evolves, we may consider incorporating specific KPIs based on feedback and industry best practices. For now, we are committed to delivering a high-quality TTS solution through a holistic assessment of its performance.
