Flow Design

Article summary

All projects have main flow and sub flows if created.

Flows (Virtual Agent and Project flow) are created by scenario designers. Designers create the flow using nodes that are designed to perform different operations.

A flow begins with a start node and ends with an end node. Between these two nodes, appropriate nodes should be placed in a specific sequence based on the transactions or operations intended to be performed. In the main flow, it is determined how the end user will continue their transactions after logging into the system.

Also, this can be supported by sub-flows that will be added to the main flow. For example, when the chat ends, the survey directed to the end user can be designed under a different sub-flow and added to the main flow as a node named a sub-flow. Creating and saving these sub-flows separately and adding them to the main flow provides ease of use to the scenario designer and simplicity to the main flow.

Example from Project; you can see how the project has been managed. Also node in the box is subflow node. When flow reaches that node, it continues to SubFlow and executes actions in that flow.

Scenario designer can add nodes with drag & drop, apply keyboard shortcuts such as copy, cut, paste etc. to edit flows.
