Host-Level Branding Configuration:
Platform administrators can now configure branding settings at the host level, ensuring consistent corporate identity across the Agentic AI platform. Branding options, including logo, favicon, and other visual elements, are accessible under Host Settings > Branding. -
Prompt Archiving for AI Agents:
A new prompt archiving feature has been introduced for AI Agent instructions. Users can archive prompts with optional comments describing the changes made. The prompt history dropdown displays all archived versions with user information, date, and comments. A "Compare" feature enables side-by-side comparison of any two archived versions, with additions highlighted in green and deletions highlighted in red. -
Test Call Simulation for IVR Communications:
A new voice-based test capability has been added to the Test Conversation panel. When SR and TTS integrations are configured in the project, a "Talk to an Agent" button appears, allowing users to simulate IVR communications directly within the interface. -
Tool Call Details in Conversations Page:
AI Agent users can now view tool call details within the Conversations page for completed sessions, enabling better analysis and optimization of conversation flows. -
Intent Recognition Node Support in Subflows:
Subflows containing Intent Recognition nodes can now be used within intent action flows, enabling more flexible flow design by combining rule-based NLU with subflow structures. -
Knowledge Base Concurrent Ingestion Limit:
A maximum of 5 concurrent ingestion operations per Knowledge Base has been introduced for both UI and External API requests. Documents exceeding this limit are held in Pending status until processing capacity becomes available.

LLM Integration Deletion Protection:
The system now prevents deletion of LLM integrations that are actively used by Knowledge Bases, displaying a warning message to protect operational continuity. -
Dashboard Filter Panel Positioning:
The filter panel on the Dashboard page now remains fixed on the left side when scrolling, allowing users to access date range and channel filters without needing to return to the top of the page. -
Minor UI Improvements:
Several minor improvements have been made to the user interface to enhance user experience and usability. -
Minor Bug Fixes:
Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance.
