Security Logs Ext API:
A new external API endpoint is now available that enables customers to retrieve security audit logs from Knovvu Virtual Agent. This allows organizations to integrate authentication events into their own monitoring and compliance systems.
Dynamic File Naming for Response Type File:
Virtual Agent users can now dynamically name file attachments sent through response nodes. This feature allows file names to include session variables and static text, ensuring attachments are delivered with contextually meaningful names rather than generic system defaults. The capability is available across all file response types including Say, Ask, Ask Attachment, Ask Missing Slot, and Confirmation nodes.
Webchat Plugin Component Change:
The Webchat Plugin has been refactored from its legacy implementation to React, modernizing the codebase for improved maintainability, performance, and alignment with current front-end development standards.

Removing Mandatory Fields in TTS Integration:
Token-related fields (Token Endpoint, Client ID, and Client Secret) in the Sestek TTS integration are no longer mandatory. This change enables on-premise deployments to configure the integration without authentication credentials when operating in environments that do not require token-based authorization.
Configuring WebChat Opener for RTL:
The WebChat widget now automatically detects the host website's language direction and positions itself accordingly. For right-to-left (RTL) languages such as Arabic, the chat opener appears on the left side of the screen, while left-to-right (LTR) languages display it on the right.
Adding ProduceNBestList Parameter to SR Dictation Request:
The Speech Recognition dictation API request now includes the ProduceNBestList parameter set to true by default. This enhancement enables more accurate transcription results by providing a ranked list of possible matches.
Minor UI Improvements:
Several minor improvements have been made to the user interface to enhance user experience and usability.
Minor Bug Fixes:
Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance.
