Error Logging and Handling:

  • Use webhooks to capture any errors during event transmission. This allows logging and troubleshooting of integration issues.

  • Set up logging mechanisms for errors and other important events to simplify future debugging.

  • In Twilio’s Monitor tab under Insights, go to "Webhooks".

  • Add the endpoint URL that should be triggered when there is an error.

  • Customers may have different configurations for handling errors or routing events, which can be customized according to their needs.
