Knovvu Analytics Installation on Zoom Marketplace

This document is intended for administators installing the Knovvu Analytics on their organization's Zoom
account.

Prerequisites
  • Be sure that you have the login credentials for you Knovvu Analytics account, provided by Sestek.
  • Be sure that required Zoom settings are done in your Zoom account.

Adding Knovvu Analytics

  1. Navigate to Zoom's App Marketplace and log in with your Zoom credentials.
  2. Click on Knovvu Analytics in Zoom marketplace.
  3. Click on Add button as shown below

  1. The page below will show up for you to give required permissions for the integration to work. Click on "Allow".

  1. As the final step, you will be redirected to Knovvu Analytics login page.

Removing Knovvu Analytics

Complete the following steps to uninstall the Knovvu Analytics from your Zoom account.

  1. Login to Zoom Marketplace.
  2. Click Manage on the top right corner of the page.
  3. Click on Added Apps as shown below.

  1. Click on Remove next to Knovvu Analytics.
