Audience
This document is intended for administators installing the Analytics on their organization's Zoom
account.
Prerequisites
- Be sure that you have the login credentials for you Analytics account, provided by Sestek.
- Be sure that required Zoom settings are done in your Zoom account.
Adding Analytics
- Navigate to Zoom's App Marketplace and log in with your Zoom credentials.
- Click on Analytics in Zoom marketplace.
- Click on Add button as shown below
- The page below will show up for you to give required permissions for the integration to work. Click on "Allow".
- As the final step, you will be redirected to Analytics login page.
Removing Analytics
Complete the following steps to uninstall the Analytics from your Zoom account.
- Login to Zoom Marketplace.
- Click Manage on the top right corner of the page.
- Click on Added Apps as shown below.
- Click on Remove next to Analytics.
