CA offers an API having the abilities of sending conversations to the solution, managing users, departments, roles and more. API is used for the integration of the clients to deliver the conversations and manage the conversational data. Clients that are familiar with RESTful APIs can easily integrate their own software with CA platform.
Clients can authenticate with the API using tenant credentials. Commands in user and conversation integration are explained on the webpage of API in a detailed way. Example values and schemas for the commands can be found on the same page.
