Named Agent Licensing
In Knovvu Analytics, a license represents the maximum number of agents who can receive conversations simultaneously. The number of agent licenses can be defined periodically, specifying the maximum allowed agents within a given time period.

License slots are stateless, meaning a license can be removed from one agent and reassigned to another through License Management page.

Product features also depend on the acquired license. These features vary based on the product edition: Basic, Standard, or Premium.

Important Note

The total chat character limit of an agent per day 20,000.
