For Microsoft CC configuration on CA side, we need to fill the following settings:
Source Name
Client ID
Client Secret
Group ID
Environment URL
Migration Date
Last Migration Date
For Client ID and Client Secret, before we make the integration, the customer needs to create credentials in Microsoft Entra and then share their client ID and secret with us.
They will be able to see the Client Secret in the Certification & secrets tab.
The Group ID and Environment URL will be taken from the Power Platform admin center. The environments should be visible in the admin center. Click on the environment that is in question.
The environment URL is the one highlighted below in the environment details:
For Group ID, under access, click on Teams > "See all"
Select the team with the desired agents or create a new team. The "Name" field is the group ID for the desried team.
