    Supported multilingual models

    Multilingual models are useful when a conversation's language information is not provided. By using these models, conversations can be analyzed by assigning them to a suitable model. Our customers can select the appropriate model based on the target market's predominant languages.

    Important

    Note that language information dependent features as Sentiment Analysis, AskGenAI, Summarization, Named Entity Recognition, and Redaction cannot perform when a conversation is analyzed with a multilingual model.
