Enhancements
Version Information
The newly added "About" section in the user menu allows users to view Copilot and integrated product versions easily. A "Product Version" window displays detailed information for CA, Core, ML, VA, and VB, depending on their enablement. This feature simplifies tracking system configurations and ensures compatibility.
License Verification for RTG
Upon login, Copilot now checks if agents have the necessary RTG license to use its functions. If the required license is not identified for the user, a warning message will appear.
Language Selection Mode Dependency on VT
The Language Selection Mode in Copilot settings is now dependent on the VT feature. If VT is not enabled (Copilot is being used for RTG only), the Language Selection Mode toggle will be hidden from the interface. This ensures users only see applicable features, enhancing the user experience.
Inform Message when Copilot Feature is Disabled
When a tenant's Copilot feature is disabled, users will receive a warning toast message instead of an error as "Copilot feature is disabled for this tenant. Please enable it to continue using.". This update informs users about the issue, allowing them to take appropriate action.
Inform Message when Logged in as Host
When a user logs into Copilot as host, the user will receive a warning toast message as " "You logged in as host! Please log out and log in again as a tenant." instead of an error. This update informs users about the issue, allowing them to take appropriate action.
Inform Message for Performance Insights
When Performance Insights appear in Copilot, an inform message will be visible indicating that this page will be visible for 3 minutes only, to guide agents quickly review feedback.
