Enhancements

Automatic Voiceprint Creation:
A new tenant setting has been introduced to enable automatic voiceprint creation without agent intervention. Once activated, this setting streamlines the process by eliminating manual steps, improving efficiency and speed. The feature ensures that all users can benefit from automatic voice signature generation as a standard.

Knovvu Agent Widget Integration:
Notifications are now presented in a dedicated tab within the Knovvu Agent Widget, allowing for better organization and management alongside other Real-Time products when purchased together. If only the Voice Biometrics product is acquired, the standalone VB Agent Widget will continue to be used. This update ensures that biometric alerts are displayed separately with other real-time notifications, enabling agents to manage all Real-Time products from a single interface when applicable. The feature enhances workflow organization and improves customer service efficiency.

Expanded Customer Code Options:
The system now allows additional customer information, such as email addresses and customer IDs, to be used as Customer Codes, moving beyond the limitation of using only phone numbers. This enhancement enables more personalized customer interactions and the management of information from diverse sources. The development aims to improve the customer experience by providing users with the flexibility to work with a broader range of customer data.

Azure AD Support for SSO:
As a VB user, you can now leverage Azure AD support for SSO, allowing access to multiple applications with a single set of login credentials. This enhancement eliminates the need to log in repeatedly for each application connection, streamlining your user experience. The integration facilitates a more efficient and secure authentication process across various platforms.

Improvements

Minor UI Enhancements:
Added a direct link to the Agent Widget from the user interface, allowing easy access via the dropdown menu. Also, implemented a new "About" option that displays the current version of all installed services, helping users track software updates and troubleshoot issues effectively.

Minor Bug Fixes:
Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance. These fixes result in a smoother and more reliable user experience.
