New Features and Enhancements
Active Authentication:
Added the "Active Authentication" feature to enhance security by enabling users to verify their identity using passphrases. This feature integrates with the SR (Speech Recognition) service, offering support for multiple languages and customizable passphrases for each tenant. Tenants can select primary and additional languages for authentication, with default passphrases provided or custom phrases set according to tenant needs. The system allows configuration of SR Confidence levels and Word Mismatch Tolerance, ensuring flexibility in managing authentication accuracy. Additionally, the feature supports API integration to adjust passphrase requirements dynamically.
LDAP User Integration:
Introduced the ability to synchronize users from LDAP into the product with automatic agent role assignment. Users can configure LDAP server settings and custom fields through the integration page, allowing seamless user management.
Enforcing MFA for Users:
New tenants are now automatically configured with enforced Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). The default settings require email confirmation, enhancing account security from the initial setup. This ensures stronger protection for user accounts.
Time Zone Alignment in Reports:
Improved reporting features to ensure timestamps align with the tenant's time zone. This update ensures that all report results are displayed according to the correct time zone settings, improving clarity and accuracy for users reviewing logs and events.
