Masking Extended to Data Flow Pipelines
Data masking can now be applied directly within Data Flow projects via a dedicated Masking node, letting customers redact personal information as part of the automated call-processing pipeline rather than only after the fact. -
Conversation Context Visibility in Conversational Analytics
Details about RTG and Virtual Agent conversations — including languages used and whether Virtual Transfer was active — are now shared with Conversational Analytics, giving supervisors better visibility into how each conversation was handled. -
Improved TTS Abbreviations Management
The Abbreviations page has been redesigned with separate custom and default abbreviation lists, tag-based entry with smart case-variation suggestions (lowercase, UPPERCASE, Title Case), duplicate prevention, and searchable lists — making it much faster for tenants to manage how TTS pronounces custom terms. -
Additional Call Properties Shared for Virtual Transfer & RTG
Extra call metadata — including customer language and Virtual Transfer status — is now sent to Conversational Analytics immediately after a call is logged, enriching reporting for these conversation types.

Node Lifecycle Transparency
Deprecated and retired Data Flow nodes are now clearly tagged in the interface, with guidance on which replacement node to use, and appropriate restrictions applied as nodes move through their lifecycle — helping customers migrate proactively instead of being surprised by removals. -
Smarter Parameter Management with Default & Reset
When configuring a node, users can now instantly see which fields have been customized away from their system default and reset any changed field back to default with a single click. -
Consistent Toolbar Alignment
Search bars and action buttons across SR, Administration, TTS, and Data Flow pages are now aligned with page titles for a more consistent layout throughout Core Web. -
Richer AI Agent Conversation Signals
Data Flow now passes additional real-time signals to AI Agents — including barge-in type, end-of-conversation events forwarded to IVR, and SIP header information — improving how AI Agents understand and respond to in-progress conversations. -
Secure, Up-to-Date Kore.ai Integration
The Kore.ai integration has been updated to meet current API requirements, including mandatory token expiration handling, keeping production and disaster-recovery environments secure and compliant.
