Enhancements
Restrictions & Limitations – GenAI Features Tab
A new GenAI Features tab has been added under Restrictions & Limitations, displaying the usage quotas defined for GenAI features. These limits are in place to protect both system resources and customers against unintended overconsumption.

Customers using their own credentials can contact the support team to have these limits increased.
Current Consumption Display for Ask GenAI Project Limit
The current consumption of the Ask GenAI project limit is now presented to users, providing full visibility into usage levels and helping teams manage their GenAI quota proactively.
Low Confidence Evaluation and Calibration
A new Low Confidence Evaluation and Calibration capability has been introduced, enabling evaluations with low confidence scores to be identified and calibrated. This strengthens quality assurance accuracy and increases trust in automated evaluation results.
Data Feeder : Overlap, Silence & Speech Metrics in Analysis Completed Message
Overlap, silence, and speech metrics are now included in the Analysis Completed message of data feeder, providing richer conversation-level insights immediately upon completion of analysis.
LLM-Based Sentiment Analysis in Coaching Feedbacks
Coaching feedbacks are now analyzed with LLM-based sentiment analysis, offering deeper insight into feedback tone and supporting more effective coaching follow-up.
Bulk Upload for Masking Exception List
The masking exception list now supports bulk upload, significantly reducing manual entry time and simplifying the management of large exception sets.
Evaluation Comments in Evaluation Result Export
Evaluation result exports now include evaluation comments, improving transparency and enabling more comprehensive offline QA analysis.
Extended Retention Scope
The retention mechanism has been extended to cover additional conversation-related data. When a conversation's retention period expires, associated records — including transcript text and timing data, NER template marks, root cause matches, original emails, conversation marks, and action logs — are now removed as well, ensuring complete data lifecycle compliance and more effective storage management.

Indexing Credit and Look Back Period Warning Dialogs for GenAI Yes/No Question Categories
New warning dialogs have been introduced for categories containing GenAI Yes/No Questions, informing users about indexing credit consumption and the applicable look back period before processing. This ensures more conscious and controlled use of GenAI resources.
Source Filter on Conversations Screen
A new Source filter has been added to the Conversations screen, allowing users to filter conversations by their originating source for faster and more targeted analysis.
Dynamic Reports Renamed to Interactive Reports
The Dynamic Reports feature has been renamed to Interactive Reports to better reflect its capabilities. All existing functionality remains unchanged.
Conversation Detail AI Insight UI Improvement
The AI Insight section on the conversation detail page has been visually improved, providing a clearer and more intuitive presentation of AI-generated insights.
New Sestek Product Logo
The product logo has been updated with the new Sestek logo, aligning the interface with the latest brand identity.
AQM External API – Evaluation Results DTO Compatibility
The Evaluation Results DTO in the AQM External API has been updated for improved compatibility, ensuring smoother and more reliable integrations with external systems.
Increased Timeout for Agentic Evaluation
The timeout duration for Agentic Evaluation has been increased, ensuring more reliable completion of complex evaluation processes.
Increased SR Character Limit per Agent for Chat Conversations
The speech recognition character limit per agent has been increased for chat conversations, enabling longer chat interactions to be processed without truncation.
Minor UI Enhancements
Several minor improvements have been implemented to enhance the user interface. These enhancements make the interface more intuitive and user-friendly, contributing to a better overall user experience.
