Due to performance-related issues caused by categories that include Yes/No Questions, this feature will be deactivated starting from version 5.18.
As a result, all categories containing Yes/No Question items will remain available and functional; however, they will no longer match with conversations during categorization.
This limitation will be addressed with a new GenAI-supported structure in upcoming releases.

“Exclude from Processing” Status for New Conversations
A new status has been introduced for conversations created via the Post Calls method that are intended for playback purposes only. These conversations will now be excluded from analysis, ensuring optimal use of system resources. To activate this behavior, set "excludeFromProcessing": false when posting a new conversation.
