ENHANCEMENTS
VA
- Dynamic Contexts are generalized for use regardless of their creation on intent, project or survey flow! With this enhancement, a dynamic context created within the VA can be utilized in the following scenarios:
- Different intents within the same VA
- Within the project to which the VA is connected
- Intents of other VAs associated with a project
LC
- Live Agents can now receive voice messages from the users to enhance the communication between clients and agents.
IMPROVEMENTS
- Timeout port lines are removed from the flow design page for a simpler view. Timeout will be arranged default as the same time as the session timeout, if the users wish to run a specific timeout for a node, they can click on "enable timeout" toggle and enter the timeout period in the node details.
- In the Phone Number system entity, "International" option is added in the region part, to not limit the region codes.
- Some mandatory parameters in SR Integration are changed as optional, such as: Model, Tenant, Token endpoint/clientID/clientSecret.
- Assistant and client avatar is added to Webchat in preview.
- Open AI utterance creation limit is extended to 30 utterances, and 500 character limits to write the prompt.
- In the dashboard page, filter behavior is changed to open all the data from all the project in the page when arrived. Users can still filter for specific projects.
- When project setting is reached from the flows and the "cancel" button is clicked, it will redirect to the flow page.
- Long-named VAs will be displayed more properly in the project settings page.
- In the data retention settings, small UI improvements has been applied.
- For clients using LC through Alotech, auth token type can be changed according to the project.
- General UI improvements have been implemented for a better experience and view.
FIXES
- There was an unexpected error while reaching project settings from the intent action flow, it has been fixed.
- When a node is dropped in the existing flow, the lines connected to the newly added node were seeming linear instead of curved, it has been fixed.
- In the conversation details page, previous and next buttons were disappearing when the language is changed, it has been fixed.
