Genesys Configuration Steps
In order for a customer to use the Genesys integration, this integration must be defined for the customer's tenant.
As the first step, the admin needs to login to the desired environment as a host and enable the Genesys feature for the tenant who will use this integration.
- Login as host.
- Enter the Tenants page under Saas.
- Next to the desired tenant's name, click on the Actions button and then Features.
- Genesys integration feature can be seen on the opened page and shoul be enabled here.

If Knovvu Biometrics is purchased on AppFoundry, the next steps can be skipped since they are performed automatically by Genesys Wizard.

One the integration is assigned to the tenant, the admin should make the required settings on tenant's side.
- Login as the tenant.
- Go to Settings page under Administration. The information that needs to be entered for the Genesys integration to work can be seen below under the Genesys Integration tab.
Client Id, Client Secret, Region, Organization Id, and Group Id are customer's Genesys information and should be transmitted by the customer. You may check Required Genesys Information for more details or to guide the customer.

Once all these steps are completed, Genesys-Knovvu Biometrics integration is ready to be used by the customer.
