It is further explained the configuration steps to use Generative Q&A feature through Knovvu Virtual Agent. When RTG is sold as premium package and with VA itegration, this method can be used.
Configuration Steps
Prerequisites
You must have a VA client to use Knovvu VA APIs. This client will be created by Salesop/Support teams.
The client must have orchestrator_external scope.
CA Configurations

Go to related CA tenant, Administration > Settings > Real-time Guidance. In VA Integration tab, the settings below should be filled:
- API address: VA API endpoint to be used, e.g. https://eu.va.knovvu.com/magpie/ext-api/messages/synchronized
- Identity base URL: should be the identity URL of related VA environment, e.g. https://identity.eu.va.knovvu.com
- Client ID: Client ID of VA in the format of VA.{tenantName}.Guid
- Client secret: Secret value of VA client.

Go to related CA tenant, Administration > Settings > Real-time Guidance. In Generative Q&A tab, the settings below should be filled:
- Service: must be Knovvu VA
- Project: must be the VA poject name.
VA Configurations
- Go to related VA tenant and create a project according to your needs. The project must contain Generative Q&A node.
Sample project:
This VA project answers Real-Time Guidance related questions.
- Publish the project.
