Enhancements

Trend Analysis of Uncategorized Conversations:
The trend analysis feature now includes the ability to analyze the number of uncategorized conversations. This provides insights into patterns and helps identify areas needing categorization improvement.

Adding Summary in Conversations List Excel:
A summary section has been added to the conversations list Excel export. This feature provides a quick overview of key metrics and data points directly within the exported document.

Adding FalconSCR Source for Screen Recording:
FalconSCR has been integrated as a source for screen recording. This addition enhances the recording capabilities and offers more options for capturing screen activity.

RTG Reporting:
We have introduced a new Reports page to the RTG menu, providing users with access to Scenario distribution and Agent distribution graphs. This page allows users to view the total notification counts for scenarios and agents based on selected filters. These enhancements will help users gain deeper insights into scenario and agent performance.

Improvements

Disabling Tenant Name Edit:
Editing the tenant name has been disabled to prevent accidental changes and ensure consistency across the system. This change enhances data integrity and administrative control.

Disabling Passive Categories to be Merged:
Merging passive categories is now disabled. This improvement ensures that only active categories can be combined, maintaining the relevance and accuracy of category data.

Feature Management Improvements:
The user interface has been refined to present only the most relevant features to customers. This streamlining makes the interface more intuitive and responsive to user needs.

Default Permissions for Roles Improved:
The default permissions assigned to various roles have been enhanced. These improvements ensure that roles have appropriate access levels, improving security and functionality.
