Using LLM in Categories:
Implemented the use of Large Language Models (LLM) within categories to enhance data processing and analysis. With the implemented prompt templates, users can quickly build comprehensive categories. Additionally, before activating categories that include Generative AI items, testing is enabled to preview initial results and eliminate waste. These category items can also be focused on the opening and closing parts of a conversation by using "interval" type.

Redaction Service Integration
Integration with the redaction service has been implemented. For much more advanced redaction capabilities.

Adding Ask GenAI as a Feature:
Integrated Ask GenAI as a new feature, providing users with advanced AI-powered query capabilities.

Adding Diarization as a Feature:
Introduced diarization, allowing the system to distinguish between different speakers in a conversation.

Adding Language Detection as a Feature:
Added a feature for automatic language detection to improve the accuracy of data categorization and analysis.

Multiple Conversation List Export:
Allows users to export multiple conversation lists, providing greater flexibility in data management without waiting for the previous report to be prepared.

Adding Summary Results to Get Conversations Method:
Enhanced the Get Conversations method by including summary results, providing users with insights into their data via API.

Improvements

Copying Called and Caller ID in Conversations List:
Enabled the copying of Called and Caller IDs directly from the conversations list for easier data handling.

Automatic Search in Searchboxes:
Added the ability for search boxes to perform automatic searches, enhancing the user experience by reducing manual input.

Browser Autosave Feature:
Introduced a browser autosave setting to retain data during manual evaluation in case of connection loss.

Minor UI Enhancements:
Several minor improvements have been implemented to enhance the user interface. These enhancements make the interface more intuitive and user-friendly, contributing to a better overall user experience.

Minor Bug Fixes:
Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance. These fixes result in a smoother and more reliable user experience.
