Enhancements
Visual Indicators for Copilot Conversations
Conversations page in the Analytics interface now displays visual indicators for calls associated with Agent Assist and Virtual Translator. Users can quickly identify and filter these conversations without opening each record individually. A new Virtual Translator filter has also been added, allowing users to filter conversations by VT activation status and customer language.
VT Reports — Language & Activation Insights
The VT Reports tab has been extended with additional analytics: Language Pairs (number of distinct agent-customer language combinations in use), VT Activation Rate (percentage of calls with VT activated, with a breakdown on hover), Calls by Language Pair (call volume per language pair), and Customer Language Distribution (top 5 customer languages by call share). Together, these views help VT customers understand language usage patterns and translation adoption across their operations.
