Enhancements

VA

  • Knovvu Analytics Integration:
    Integration with Knovvu Analytics has been enhanced to provide advanced session analysis and reporting. The integration includes adding Analytics controls in Project Settings, automatic creation of departments and agents in Knovvu Analytics, and posting VA sessions to Knovvu Analytics for detailed insights. With this enhancement, each VA project is mapped to a department and each channel to an agent in Analytics, enabling project and channel-based analysis and correlation.

  • Guardrail Developments:
    Knovvu Virtual Agent now provides comprehensive guardrail capabilities to ensure safer and more controlled AI behavior.

    • Guardrails Page: A new page where guardrails can be created, viewed, and edited. Multiple configurations can be defined and reused across projects.
    • Creation Wizard: Step-by-step wizard for building guardrails and selecting the most suitable configuration for each project.
    • Guardrails API: Guardrails are created and managed via API. The guardrail ID is passed in the AI Agent prepare request body for secure usage.
    • Custom PII Support: Guardrails now accept custom entities (regex and lists), allowing domain-specific PII patterns to be included.
    • Adding Guardrails to AI Agents: Guardrail configurations can be attached to AI Agents, ensuring safer and more controlled LLM requests.

  • Adding Audio Response Settings to TestChat :
    Under the Audio Response section in TestChat, a toggle named "Enable audio responses" has been added. When a valid TTS service is configured and the toggle is enabled, bot responses are played as audio with a wave display alongside text, just like in Webchat. Autoplay is on by default, allowing designers to quickly test TTS voices within TestChat.

VA

  • VA/ML/LC - .NET MinIO Client Update:
    The MinIO NuGet package used in projects has been updated to version 1.0.32.

  • Update Default Retention Periods for Editions:
    The default retention periods for editions have been updated as follows: Basic - 3 months, Standard - 6 months, and Premium - 12 months.

  • AI Agent Invoke Count Metric for Sessions:
    A new metric has been added to track the number of times the AI Agent is invoked per session in Knovvu Virtual Agent. This allows monitoring AI usage, system performance, and costs for each individual session.

  • Increasing AI Agent Instructions Limit:
    The character limit for the instructions field in AI Agent design and edit screens has been increased from 10,000 to 100,000, allowing more detailed guidance for AI behavior.

  • Removing AI Agent Node from PSF:
    The AI Agent node is no longer allowed in the post-session flow, as nodes capable of producing message outputs in this flow can cause issues.

  • Minor UI Improvements:
    Several minor improvements have been made to the user interface to enhance user experience and usability.

  • Minor Bug Fixes:
    Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance.
