Enhancements

  • Dashboard Structure Change:
    The Virtual Agent dashboard has been reorganized into two categories for improved clarity. Charts are now grouped under Business Metrics and Intents, with category selection made through a horizontal navigation bar at the top of the page.

  • New Dashboard Graph for "Resolution Type:
    A new "Resolution Type" pie chart has been added to the Business Metrics category on the dashboard. The chart displays the percentage distribution of three resolution types across all sessions: Self-service, No Customer Interaction and
    Live Agent Handover.

  • Conversations Filter Improvement:
    A Duration filter has been added below the Date filter, allowing sessions to be filtered by total duration from 0 to 3600 seconds.
    A Resolution Type filter has been added to the Channels filter with three options: Self-service, Live Agent Handover, and No Customer Interaction.

  • Exporting ElevenLabs TTS from Conversations Page:
    ElevenLabs TTS audio files can now be played from Conversations page exports.

  • Minor UI Improvements:
    Several minor improvements have been made to the user interface to enhance user experience and usability.

  • Minor Bug Fixes:
    Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance.
