Flow Desginer Auto-Save Improvement:
The Flow Designer's auto-save mechanism has been optimized for better performance. Instead of saving after every action, auto-save is triggered 60 seconds after the last edit, when exiting the flow, during context changes, or when opening node popups. Navigation actions like zoom and pan no longer trigger auto-save. An "Auto-Saved at [time]" indicator has been added to the top-left corner of the Flow Designer, displaying the save timestamp with visual feedback. For flows last saved on previous days, the indicator changes to "Last Saved" with a [date] & [time] format.
Resolution Type Trends as a Dashboard Graph:
A new "Resolution Type Trends" line graph has been added under the Business Metrics category, displaying the distribution of sessions by resolution type over time. The graph shows Self-service, No Customer Interaction, Live Agent Handover, and No Data trends on a time-series basis.
Session Trends as a Dashboard Graph:
A new "Session Trends" graph has been added under the Business Metrics category, displaying both total session count and average session duration over time.
Sync API Send Response in Parts Improvement:
The "Send Response in Parts" feature has been enhanced to pre-generate audio for upcoming response parts when audio-based responses are used, eliminating silence between parts and ensuring a seamless listening experience.

New Prebuilt Entities:
Two new prebuilt entities have been added to the Virtual Agent entity list. ZeroPaddedNumber entity captures and denormalizes sequential number words starting with zero into a single number (e.g., "zero one" → "01"). InclusiveTime entity recognizes single number expressions as time values, converting them to hour format (e.g., "twelve" → "12:00"). Both entities are available across all supported languages.
HTTP Node Tracing in APM:
HTTP nodes are now visible in APM traces, ensuring complete trace visibility
Minor UI Improvements:
Several minor improvements have been made to the user interface to enhance user experience and usability.
Minor Bug Fixes:
Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance.
