Enhancements

• New LLM-based Root Cause Analysis Feature AskGenAI!:
  AskGen AI now enables users to conduct comprehensive analysis on up to 500 conversations. With this feature, users can extract detailed insights from vast transcriptional data. To enable this feature, add GenAI to your tenants using Open AI credentials.

• Detection of Silence Reasons in Calls:
  A built-in project named "silence reason" has been added to the AskGenAI feature, deployed with new tenants, to detect the reasons for silence in conversation groups.

• Trial of the Prompt in AskGenAI:
  Prior to sending the entire data with the prompt, a testing option is now available to avoid unnecessary token consumption.

• Multiple Call Direction Selection in Analytics Reports:
  Users can now manage reports considering multiple conversation direction selections, facilitating comprehensive analysis across various communication paths.

• Listing Uncategorized Conversations:
  Users can now filter uncategorized conversations for further analysis, enhancing data organization and analysis capabilities.

• Deactivation of Unnecessary AI-generated Categories:
  AI-generated categories can now be disabled if they are not desired for use in categorization.

• Duplication of a Category Item:
  To expedite the category building process, a duplication action for any category item has been added with a shortcut.

• Filtering Non-FCR Conversations according to Attached Data or Categories:
  Users can now filter Non-FCR conversations based on attached data or categories, improving data filtering capabilities.

• Navigation in the Audio with the Transcript:
  Users can now listen to specific parts of conversations by clicking on corresponding words within the transcript.

• Enabling Features for Testingground Tenant:
  Necessary features have been enabled for the testingground tenant to facilitate smoke testing across all features.

• Category Builder Allowing Multiple Department Selection:
  Users can now add multiple departments to a single category item, simplifying category creation.

• Definition of External ID for Users Created via GUI:
  External IDs are now defined for users created via the GUI, enhancing user management capabilities.

  Calculation details of an acceptance rate have been added to the tooltip for clarity.
