- Statistical analysis and comparison according to the sentiment: Sentiment analysis details comparing two groups of conversations or a single detailed are now possible!
- More phrases in phrase analysis: More differentiating phrases are presented on the statistical comparison and anaysis pages.
- Objection limitation: Accepted objections are limited and the monthly accepted objection number can be configured from the settings.
- Feature based integration with LDM: Tenant features are controlled with the license information provided by LDM.
- Merged AI-generated categories: AI-generated categories can be merged now. Therefore more comprehensive categories categories can be created or similar categories can be merged as one.
