Breaking Changes!
For the current integrations that are created before v1.55, users must select the language by Integration/Services.
The published projects will not be affected by this change. But for the current projects (that already exist in your Tenants) the users must select Virtual Agents in Project Edit that are used in flows. Otherwise exporting can cause some issues.
1. ENHANCEMENTS
1.1. Knovvu VA
• Language selection is a must for SR/TTS integration. Thus, multi lingual projects can be directed to the right SR/TTS service.
• Default SR/TTS services will be added by Sestek. So, users will not need to have information to create them in Integration/Services. The default SR/TTS services can be viewed and integrated to the projects. Primary language is the constraint for the SR/TTS service language.
• VA/CA hosts can give Premium Reporting feature to some tenants.
• While creating a new Virtual Agent, it is possible now to add intents from template right away.
• When creating a new project or editing an existing one, Virtual Agent selection can be done from the combo box menu. You can only select Virtual Agents same within the Project languages.
####1.2. Knovvu ML
• “About” tab is added to the UI and the version of the product can be checked now.
• Supported UI Languages are limited to EN/TR.
• Product Naming is changed from Sestek AI to Knovvu ML on the Main Page.
• “Completion Date” column is added to Projects/Experiments area.
1.3. Knovvu LiveChat
• Dates on LC dashboards are set to be 3 years old at most.
• Information messages are given as tooltips on the upper right buttons while exiting the Chat screen.
• Color of the Cancel button is changed since it looked like it is disabled even though it is not.
2. IMPROVEMENTS
2.1. Knovvu VA
• When a project cannot be published, Project Publish button is made disabled and an information message is given as a tooltip.
• Fallback actions can be seen as a new column when it is
exported as CSV and if an action is taken about the utterance/VA, it is removed from Dashboard.
• Order of “Response Types” made flexible so that users can arrange them as desired.
• Alternative Text logs are differentiated and displayed in the Logs section.
• Information message is changed to a clearer one when Virtual Agent’s training is continuing.
• Cream-colored buttons are changed to transparent on the Integrations-Project settings page.
• UI/UX improvements are done such as color changes and new buttons.
• Dates on VA dashboards are set to be 1 year old at most.
• When the pre-built agent templates are imported, existing utterances are not duplicated.
• Node palette view is changed so that nodes can be seen as 2 vertical lines in a categorized way.
• Number of Intents column is added to the Virtual Agents page and also sorting is available now.
• When fallback messages are exported as CSV, “last occurrence date” is seen as the users’ time zone.
• Default “max” dynamic buttons are increased to 10 instead of 1.
• Field frames are standardized across the whole UI.
• UI/UX improvements have been made. (Tooltip appearances, text input areas, etc.)
3. KNOWN ISSUES – FIXES
3.1. Knovvu VA
• On the Integrations page (channel or service integration), even though the required fields are empty, save button was clickable, and an error message was taken.
• When a Live Agent node is added to the flow and queue is left empty, Live Agent could not be connected even though there was an active agent in the queue.
• When the required fields were left empty, save button was not working and nodes were staying open. Instead, red borders are added when required fields are left empty.
• LC - Before the conversation starts, if a chat is ended by the users, it does not appear on the Agents’ chat. But if the users end the session during the conversation, Agents are informed about it.
• The Dashboard page looked continuously loading when there were no projects selected.
• Tooltip information of nodes were showing the previously hovered node.
• There was a mismatch between the "Total number of fallbacks" and “Total of utterance occurrence count” and it is fixed.
• Some UI bugs are fixed in host tenant.
• Button alignment problem related to “Save&Close” buttons are fixed.
• SR-TTS services added from the host screen were not shown as icons in the services column on the Projects page.
3.2. ML
• Published models can be deleted without a warning when trained models’ experiments are deleted.
3.3. ND
• Some language-related problems are fixed in v11.0 (Peshtu and Persian).
