1. ENHANCEMENTS

1.1. Knovvu VA

• A toggle is added to the VA (Graceful Publish & Graceful Shutdown) and thanks to it, a project can be tested on Whatsapp as quickly as possible without being stuck with timeout or cache time.

• When there is no project in a tenant, project selection is made not mandatory. But when an existing project is renamed/deleted, it is not shown in the Dashboard area.

• New step is added due to security concerns for IVR integrations is done using Synch API, steps that are mentioned in here should be applied

• It is now possible to make IVR demos on AWS using Sestek numbers with VA in cloud.

• Many improvements done in Entity recognition service for Arabic and Urdu languages, that can be used in this version.

2. IMPROVEMENTS

2.1. Knovvu VA

• Completion of the confidence threshold area has been made mandatory in VB node.

• ReportDB improvements have been done so that DB is designed according to the product and infrastructure requirements.

• Tenant renaming is disabled for security reasons and to prevent complexity while communicating with ML/LC.

• TenantID is shown in Host Screen so that Support will be able to operate the maintenance-troubleshooting process.

• New fields are added to the Activity Object Reference list. (End User and its subfields “Name, Phone, Email, Twitter" are added.) So, it will be possible to welcome the users by their name.

• Voice files created by VA is stored in Minio under a different folder and named as knovvu-va/< tenantName >/< projectId >/VoiceInput/< Guid >.

• Some nodes appear on the flow by default when creating a new project which makes it easier to design a project from scratch.

• When a new entity is created, "< creationDate >" is written in the grid instead of “-“. This is valid for Projects, VAs and Intents too.

• Related projects are shown on the Virtual Agent page so that users will be able to easily go to the related project.

• Some grammar corrections in the UI have been done.

• Some UI improvements have been done. (Flow design background color, removing cream-colored areas)

• Prebuilt Arabic Chitchat VA is updated.

• A warning is added to the Dashboard area about the mandatory fields.

• Autofocus is added to say nodes’ text areas when a response is added.

• The wording of the Survey toggle is changed to a clearer one.

• The wording of “Cancel” button is changed to “Close” in VA test pop-up.

• Teams channel is added to the node expressions.

3. KNOWN ISSUES - FIXES

3.1. Knovvu VA

• After an entity/dynamic context is edited, it was necessary to delete and re-add to the flow, but it is not necessary anymore.

• When a new project is wanted to be published, an error was taken.

• When entered as a host and a new client is created at the Identity server > Clients page, Applications Urls, Resources, and Advanced tabs were not opening but it is fixed.

• An internal error was taken when a project with WebChat integration is exported, imported, and then published.

• When WebChat integration is added to the project and published, "src" and "data-integrationSettingsUrl" information was not correct in the code tab.

• When an Urdu or Spanish VA and Project was created and disambiguation occurs, multiple match words were written in English.

• First letter of the utterance name was not appearing on "Fallback Messages" graph when a long word is written, but it is fixed.

• When a node is opened by double-clicking, save & close buttons were appearing.

• Some logs were written twice on TestChat logs tab, it is fixed.

• Alternative text were not visible in confirmation node log reports. Outputs area looked null.

• {} characters were causing problems when used in variable nodes.

• At the AWS environment, the first message was not coming in TestChat.

• "Timeout Secs" parameter was not working by secs on the Orchestrator client Settings tab.

• The language change button was appearing behind the other buttons on the Projects and VA page.

• Prebuilt English VA was taking so long to upload from the template compared to the TR one, it is fixed.

• Placement of boxes are fixed at the Edit Entity section.

• Pages were not changing in the Edit Entity area after an Entity is searched.

• When more than four VA templates are added, placement of template bubbles were not shown ordered.

• An error was taken when started to type in the search area on VA/ML/LC.

• Node area made non-searchable.

• Variable node was not updated after changing the Entity name.

• When a session was started on Webchat channel with text and continued with a voice message, it acted as FirstTurn=True and did not continue as a sticky session.

• WebChat plugin could not operate in the incognito tab, it is fixed and can operate now.

• TestChat was not working properly after v1.56 update, it is fixed.

• The projects created in a tenant also appeared in any tenant, it is fixed now.
