Enhancements

VA

  • MCP Servers Page:
A new "MCP Servers" section has been added under the Integrations tab, allowing users to manage MCP server configurations. The page includes a searchable grid view and supports adding new servers with required fields and connection type selection. Additionally, a new "MCP Servers" permission has been introduced under the Designer tab to control creation and deletion access.

  • AI Agent & MCP Integration:
In the Tools section, a new “Import from MCP” option has been added. Clicking it opens a pop-up where users can select an existing MCP Server to fetch and import available tools, making it easier to reuse and centrally manage tools across projects. Imported MCP tools are displayed in the Tools list with a distinct icon, and their configurations are shown in read-only mode.

  • Static Masking for Voice:
Static redaction has been extended to audio recordings in voice interactions. After speech recognition (SR) is completed, if entities are detected in the transcript, the corresponding segments in the original audio are replaced with silence, ensuring sensitive information is masked. The redacted audio file then replaces the original, helping maintain privacy and compliance across stored voice data.

  • Global Entity Versioning:
Global entity versioning is now supported for VA projects. After the first publish, each project gets its own versioned global entity, and no migration is required. Draft and published versions are separated — changes made in the UI affect only the draft version. The published version keeps the global entity values as they were at the time of publishing.

  • Adding Agentic AI Feature to Premium Edition:

  • Adding Webchat Header Info Button:
A new “Info Area” checkbox has been added under the Generic tab in Webchat Settings. When enabled, an Info Input field appears, allowing users to define a custom message. If active, an info icon is displayed in the top-left corner of the webchat header.

  • Minor UI Improvements:
Several minor improvements have been made to the user interface to enhance user experience and usability.

  • Minor Bug Fixes:
Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance.
