Export & Import AI Agent Tools:
Tools in the AI Agent Details page can now be exported and imported back into other environments, enabling easier reuse and sharing. MCP tools are excluded from export/import operations.
LDAPS Support:
Support for LDAPS (LDAP over SSL) has been added, allowing customers to securely transmit user information, including passwords, over encrypted network traffic. This ensures compliance with enterprise security policies and regulatory requirements while enhancing overall system security.

Getting API Base for Azure Configurations:
Azure configurations now allow users to directly define the API Base, instead of relying only on the resource name. This provides flexibility for customers using Azure through a proxy or with custom connection structures, ensuring compatibility with diverse deployment environments.
Increasing GenQ&A Document Limits:
The document upload limits in GenQ&A have been updated to allow easier modular organization and management. Users can now upload up to 200 documents per knowledge base, with a maximum size of 5 MB per document and a total size limit of 500 MB.
New Flags as Self-service, No Interaction, Live Agent Handover:
The system now automatically assigns conversation outcome flags (No Interaction Drop-off, Human Handover, Self-service) based on user behavior and the nodes visited during a session, ensuring more accurate classification and reporting.
Minor UI Improvements:
Several minor improvements have been made to the user interface to enhance user experience and usability.
Minor Bug Fixes:
Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance.
